Sleeps 4 + 1 in two bedrooms + a cot.

Ground floor

You enter the cottage leading in to the very well equipped kitchen area which includes Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Hob, Full Oven and Microwave.  This opens to the south facing sitting and dining area. Wooden floors and leather sofas give this room a modern and comfortable feel, fresh flowers also await you. There is a 32" Flat Screen HD, built in Freeview/DVD TV, Wi Fi also available. Doors from the sitting area lead out to a South facing patio complete with patio furniture/sun loungers and Webber charcoal BBQ and patio lighting, Patio Heater available (subject to gas charge) Distant sea views over our paddocks. Large garden which is secure. There is also a large downstairs shower room with W/C and wash hand basin. A hard wired fire alarm system is in each cottage. A comprehensive visitors guide book is in each cottage advising you of things to see and do on a daily basis, it also recomends local shops,  take away and eat in restaurants etc.

First floor

Stairs leading to a landing, master bedroom with double bed, with ample room for a cot, vaulted ceiling, DAB radio/alarm clock, colour 19" HD ready widescreen LCD TV with built in Freeview, large built in double wardrobe with security safe and a good size en-suite bathroom with roll top bath complete with shower unit. Also from the landing is a twin bedded room with vaulted ceiling which can take a third bed to accommodate 4 + 1 in this cottage, also remote colour TV and built in wardrobe. Black out Velux blinds fitted to both bedrooms.

All bedding and towels for the cottages are included. Please supply your own pool towels.
