Ground floor

You enter the cottage through double doors which lead into a sunny aspect open plan sitting room with a vaulted ceiling and fresh flowers provided . Wooden flooring and two leather sofa's compliment the modern contemporary feel of this well furnished cottage. There is a 32" Flat Screen HD, built in Freeview/DVD TV and board games. Spacious light oak fitted kitchen which is very well equipped including dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, double oven, washing machine and microwave etc. Door leading to bathroom with bath/ shower, WC and wash hand basin. Two 6" steps leading to master bedroom with 5ft double bed, large wardrobe with security safe, colour 19" HD ready widescreen LCD TV with built in Freeview, DAB Radio clock/alarm and en-suite shower / wash hand basin. Wi Fi also available. A hard wired fire alarm system is in each cottage. A comprehensive visitors guide book is supplied advising you of things to see and do on a daily basis, it also recomends local shops,  take away and eat in restaurants etc.

First floor

Stairs leading to open plan twin bedroom with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, Velux black out blind fitted, colour remote TV and en-suite toilet with wash hand basin.

All bedding and towels for the cottages are included. Please supply your own pool towels.

Patio

Complete with Webber charcoal BBQ and patio furniture, sun loungers and patio lighting. Secure garden, Patio Heater available Free (subject to gas charge.)
